Frequently Asked Questions

The CSPD Alarm Company License Registration Portal is provided to alarm companies so they can pay their annual CSPD license registration online.

Please use your payment portal "Permit Number" and PIN to login and activate your online payment account. Once your account is activated your payment portal "Permit Number" and Password are required to login. Once logged in CSPD alarm companies can pay for the annual license registration. 

If you already have a CSPD Alarm Company license number please continue to use that for dispatch. All new alarm companies who register September 1, 2021 forward your CSPD Alarm Company license number will be the last 6 digits of your payment portal permit number.

Fee notices will be sent out via email 45 days prior to license expiration. 

Please do not register online - this is handled by the CSPD directly. Once alarm companies are registered login instructions and fee notices will be emailed.
